Ben Berry, CEO of AirShip Technologies Group, Inc. will speak on AirShip's move from an airframe proprietary mold process to a 3-D Printed Additive manufacturing process.

AirShip’s Strategic Manufacturing program is designed to carve out market share in the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) industrry that is currently $11.3B and on track to reach $94B by 2017.  See AirShip Strategic Manufacturing: Link

Over time, the AirShip team has been researching the transition from a proprietary mold process to 3D Printing. 

Ben Berry is a proud University of Portland Alumnus having graduated with the class of 1974. Currently, he serves on the Pamplin School of Business Executive Advisory Board for the Operations and Technology Management degree program.

Guests should park in the “Main Parking Lot” (free after 4pm) and walk toward the center of campus to find Shiley Hall between Franz Hall and Bauccio Commons. Please refer to the map below, or print out a full map here.
