Virtual Meeting

APICS Portland Chapter partners with Agilea, Inc. to introduce you to the Demand Driven MRP methodology in this 1 hour DDMRP workshop featuring also a presentation of the Flow Simulation Game.

Whether you are seeking a new position, looking for cross training in a new job function, or improving your ability to deliver value in your current position, this is a great way to learn and expand your skills!

Today's supply chains are much more complex and volatile than ever.

Despite this obvious difference in circumstances conventional MRP systems still plan precisely the same way today as they did 50 years ago.

Demand Driven MRP combines some of the still relevant aspects of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) with the pull and visibility emphases found in Lean and the Theory of Constraints and the variability reduction emphasis of Six Sigma.

These elements are successfully blended through key points of innovation in the DDMRP methodology.  DDMRP is the supply order generation and management engine of a Demand Driven Operating Model (DDOM).

Agilea will partner with the APICS Portland Chapter to introduce you to the methodology created by the Demand Driven Institute.

Come learn from experienced instructor and share your own experiences and knowledge with the rest of the group.

This event awards 1 Continuing Education (CE) credit.
