Come learn through real life examples of how to bring balance back into your life.

Erica Benisch, former Air Traffic Controller turned Strategic Supply Chain Architect will guide you through her trials, tribulations and journey to stay on course.  Sometimes we learn more through failure.  Based on the article by Benjamin P Hardy, If You're Too Busy for These 5 Things, Your Life Is More Off Course Than You Think

Setting and staying on course involves the following actions:

1- Organizing

2- Planning

3- Tracking

4- Reducing

5- Moving

Learn how to incorporate these actions into habits.
